In 2015 UX Alive conference brought highlight to many important subjects that people are curious about. Just mentioning few of them such as Giles Colborne’s “ How can we delight our customer?” speech.

He is Managing Director of Cxpartners and author at Simple and Usable. With his talk, he enlightened our attendees about the pattern of not just satisfying but delighting the customers. He made noticed, it is hard to measure how you can delight the customer but by using playful experiences and surprising items, it is reachable to offer this type sensation.

Another speaker was Toby Sterret, Director of UX at Simple. He mentioned how he hated financial issues but end it up with building a banking application. The steps which they took before they created such kind of experience were noteworthy, he told that all starts with listening customer’s needs and expectations to differ from other numerous banking apps.
